Grilled up some pretty amazing steaks at home.

Argentinian sirloin (300gm) and Japanese A5 Wagyu (200gm). Popped the sirloin in the sous vide for an hour, then finished off on the grill. Wagyu was grilled straight up.

Both amazing flavours. The sirloin was rich, juicy and beefy. And the A5 was almost as good as the Matsusaka beef I ate in Osaka, I kid you not.
